Vanilla sponge, 1 layer vanilla custard, 1 layer fresh cream with mixed seasonal fruit inside. The cake is finished in a smooth white buttercream with custard filled profiteroles around the sides of the cake and decorated with mixed seasonal fruit on top.

Please note all online orders can only be picked up between 10am-3pm.
