Vanilla sponge with 1 layer puff pastry on the base of the cake, 1 layer vanilla custard, 1 layer chocolate custard finished with custard filled profiteroles around the sides of the cake and chantilly cream on the top of the cake. The profiteroles are glazed with an apricot jam.

Please note all online orders can only be picked up between 10am-3pm.
