It features a delicate buttery shortcrust pastry and creamy ricotta, still sourced from our trusted local dairy farmers at Rosevalley Cheese Company in Hilbert, Western Australia. Just like the original, we include sweet sultanas for that nostalgic, authentic flavour. The size is 30cm x 20cm x 4cm
